The UK’s first solar subscription service

Sunsave
Tackling the disparity of clean energy accessibility, this start-up knew it faced many challenges. Both as a new face on the market, and in promoting an energy option that had little sway with the UK public. This didn’t stop them in their mission to make solar affordable for the every-person. How do you make a big change feel effortless? How do you educate people that it’s not just a worthy ethical choice, but a common-sense economic choice? How do you make a new start-up trusted? How do you both shake up a market and fit in? We took Sunsave’s high tech vision and made it approachable, accessible and digestible. The identity walked the line of being bright and playful – helping them be a fresh face – as well as grounded and reliable to become a trustworthy choice. This not only gave them a platform to get to market, but helped them gain significant investment. Leading to a partnership with Octopus, official endorsement from the UK’s Green Home Finance Accelerator, and more – all steps in positively pushing forward an energy revolution.
